Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Bangkok City, Thailand. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed designs and drawings, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design integrity and compliance with local regulations and international standards. Daily activities include collaborating with engineers and project managers, participating in client meetings, producing design documentation, and supporting design reviews throughout various project phases.

The role also involves contributing to sustainable design solutions, integrating functional and aesthetic requirements, and supporting the delivery of high-quality projects in hospitality, commercial, healthcare, and industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in concept development and detailed design.
• Proficiency in Integration of architectural solutions within multidisciplinary projects, coordinating with engineering and project teams.
• Experience in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and tracking design deliverables.
• Familiarity with relevant Software Development or digital tools (e.g., BIM, CAD, parametric design) that support integration and collaboration.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Thailand, and international standards for hospitality, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Competence in sustainable and energy-efficient design principles; experience with green building certifications is an advantage.
• Effective communication skills, ability to work in diverse, cross-cultural teams, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Professional portfolio demonstrating built or detailed design projects; professional licensure or registration is a plus.
