We are seeking Associate Data Service Engineer (Thai Speaking) with strong analytical capabilities and a passion for data quality to join our growing team.

Role Summary The Associate Data Service Engineer supports the daily operation of data platforms and reporting systems. The role assists in monitoring data pipelines, validating data quality, supporting business users, and escalating issues to senior engineers when required. This position is suitable for candidates who are starting their career in Data Engineering, Data Operations, or IT Support and are looking to develop technical and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations Support

• Monitor scheduled data pipelines and report refresh activities.
• Perform daily health checks on data processes and dashboards.
• Identify and report operational issues to senior team members.
• Support routine production support activities.

Incident and Issue Support

• Assist in investigating failed jobs, reports, and data refreshes.
• Collect logs, screenshots, and evidence for troubleshooting.
• Follow established support procedures and runbooks.
• Escalate complex issues to Data Engineers or Platform teams.

Data Validation

• Perform basic data validation and reconciliation checks.
• Verify that reports and datasets are updated successfully.
• Report data quality issues to the responsible teams.

Business User Support

• Respond to user queries regarding data availability and reports.
• Assist users with access requests and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain communication on issue status and resolution progress.

Documentation

• Update operational documentation and knowledge articles.
• Maintain issue logs and support records.
• Document recurring issues and standard resolutions.

Continuous Learning

• Learn cloud data platform technologies and support processes.
• Participate in team training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Gain exposure to Databricks, ADF, Power BI, and data engineering concepts.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in IT Support, Data Operations, or a related area.
• Basic understanding of SQL.
• Familiarity with Excel and data analysis concepts.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn cloud and data technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Power BI, Databricks, Azure, AWS, or similar platforms through coursework, internships, or projects.
• Basic scripting knowledge (Python or SQL).
• Experience working in a support or service-oriented environment.
