Cloud Data Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain stable Data Pipelines (ETL/ELT) for data collection and preparation.
• Manage data integration from multiple sources into the centralized database system.
• Administer, optimize, and maintain database performance to support organizational usage.
• Ensure database stability, handle backup and recovery operations, and manage data access security.
• Monitor and control Data Quality to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Prepare and structure data in a ready-to-use format for the Analytics and BI teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Data Science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
• Solid understanding of ETL/ELT workflows and Data Pipeline concepts.
• Strong foundation in SQL and overall database management.
• Knowledge of Data Warehouse, Data Lake, and Relational Database design principles.
• Hands-on experience with, or a strong willingness to learn, Cloud Platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Systematic problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across various teams.
