We are looking for a hands-on Content Creator who can create strong content, manage multiple brands, and think beyond posting, with a clear focus on traffic, enquiries, bookings, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, websites, and other digital channels.
- Produce Reels, carousels, captions, campaign concepts, and marketing materials.
- Write SEO blogs, landing pages, website copy, property listings, and promotional content.
- Develop creative concepts and copy for Meta ads and support Google Ads landing pages.
- Design brochures, presentations, social graphics, and other brand materials.
- Upload and update websites, Airbnb listings, property listings, and image libraries.
- Plan content calendars and manage multiple projects across different brands.
- Review content performance and recommend improvements based on data.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong English writing and editing skills.
- Experience in social media and content creation.
- Good graphic design skills.
- Understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with paid social advertising is a strong advantage.
- Comfortable with Canva, Adobe, CapCut, Figma, or similar tools.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Able to handle a fast-moving environment with changing priorities.
- Commercial mindset — you should understand why content is being created, not just how to make it.
Experience in
hospitality, tourism, F&B, lifestyle, or senior living is a plus.
