Content Creator

TTM Developments is a property development and management company with businesses across hospitality, senior living, residential property, and new ventures.

We are looking for a hands-on Content Creator who can create strong content, manage multiple brands, and think beyond posting, with a clear focus on traffic, enquiries, bookings, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, websites, and other digital channels.
• Produce Reels, carousels, captions, campaign concepts, and marketing materials.
• Write SEO blogs, landing pages, website copy, property listings, and promotional content.
• Develop creative concepts and copy for Meta ads and support Google Ads landing pages.
• Design brochures, presentations, social graphics, and other brand materials.
• Upload and update websites, Airbnb listings, property listings, and image libraries.
• Plan content calendars and manage multiple projects across different brands.
• Review content performance and recommend improvements based on data.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong English writing and editing skills.
• Experience in social media and content creation.
• Good graphic design skills.
• Understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with paid social advertising is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable with Canva, Adobe, CapCut, Figma, or similar tools.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Able to handle a fast-moving environment with changing priorities.
• Commercial mindset — you should understand why content is being created, not just how to make it.

Experience in hospitality, tourism, F&B, lifestyle, or senior living is a plus.
