Job Title: Content Moderator Team Leader

Department: Content Moderation

Contract Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Team & Performance Management: Lead the Thailand moderation team. Monitor key metrics and enforce strict performance accountability through targeted retraining or corrective actions (e.g., PIP) for underperforming members.
• Policy Enforcement: Review and identify various types of content, ensuring strict adherence to community guidelines with zero tolerance for critical errors.
• QA Collaboration: Partner closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) department to calibrate standards, address audit feedback, and drive continuous quality improvement.
• Data & Reporting: Analyze operational data to optimize workflows, facilitate team meetings, and generate actionable summary reports.

Qualifications:

• Language: Proficient in English as a working language.
• Experience: Proven experience managing a content moderation/auditing team of 15 members, with a strong track record of rigorous performance management.
• Hard Skills: Strong data analysis and reporting skills (proficient in MS Office), with exceptional attention to detail.
• Soft Skills: Results-oriented, resilient, and decisive. Capable of having difficult conversations, enforcing rules strictly, and executing management decisions effectively.
