We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Flutter and Java Spring Boot to design, develop, and maintain scalable mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both frontend and backend development, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and seamless integration across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Frontend Development (Flutter)
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces for Android and iOS.
- Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Optimize application performance, usability, and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mobile application issues.
Backend Development (Java Spring Boot)
- Design, develop, and maintain microservices and REST APIs using Spring Boot.
- Implement business logic, authentication, authorization, and data processing services.
- Integrate databases, third-party services, and cloud-based solutions.
- Ensure application scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
Required Skill
- 7+ years of experience in software development.
- Strong experience with Flutter/Dart.
- Java 17/21, Spring Boot 3.x+, PostgreSQL, API design, concurrency/performance tuning, and strong Kafka/event-driven experience
- Solid cloud-native engineering capability: Docker/Kubernetes, observability (metrics/logging/tracing), and CI/CD.
- Experience with Git version control.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of mobile app deployment processes for Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Good English communication
