Role: Full-Stack Developer Intern 💻

Flexible Hours | Hybrid Working | No Micromanagement

Lead D Lab is a people development consultancy. We use research on leadership and human behavior at work to help organizations grow their people. Our work includes assessments, workshops, training programs, and digital tools that help build better leaders, stronger teams, and healthier organizations. You’ll work directly with our co-founder and senior team members, rather than just handling tasks behind the scenes.

Why this role exists: Ideas only create impact when they become real products. You’ll help turn the Lab’s upcoming digital solutions into working software that people can use.

What you’ll do

• Develop and deploy the Lab’s upcoming digital products alongside the core team.

• Build full-stack web features, from database and API to user interface.

• Translate UX/UI designs into functional, user-friendly applications.

• Integrate AI services (such as LLMs) into the products.

• Build, test, and deliver new features.

• Test, debug, and document your code to ensure quality and maintainability.

Who we’re looking for

• Students or recent graduates from Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, IT, or any relevant fields, with a genuine interest in leadership, psychology, and people development

• Can commit to this internship from January 2027 to March 2027 with ~20 hours per week

• Available for on-site meetings at Chula every 1–2 weeks.

• Fluent in Thai and comfortable in English

• Self-driven. You’ll get guidance and coaching

• Skills: Programming and web development (frontend and backend, any one stack), databases and APIs, Git, ability to learn quickly, teamwork, and clear communication about progress and challenges.

• Nice to have: Cloud infrastructure or CI/CD, AI-powered products or agent workflows, interactive apps, assessments, dashboards, or data visualization, product analytics, accessibility, or performance.
