Position: Human Resources Intern

Location: AIA Capital Center, Bangkok, Thailand

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist JD Thailand's local HRBP in daily operations, providing comprehensive support for the growth of the Thailand business Facilitate cross-team communication between China and Thailand;
• Implement local HR policies and coordinate various HR-related affairs Support local recruitment outreach and interview coordination;
• Follow up on employee onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exits; manage employee relations;
• Organize HR data Immerse yourself in the Thai workplace and gain hands-on HR experience to build practical skills

Who Should Apply?

Students seeking internship or industrial training exposure with a background in supply chain, purchasing, engineering or related fields

• Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree holders
• Strong proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a must
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and conscientious
• A passion for supply chain, logistics, and e-commerce industries
• Excellent cross-cultural communication, multi-tasking, and stress-management
• Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Prior corporate internship experience a plus Available
