IT Manager (Infrastructure)

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, daily IT operations, system availability, and technology services. This role will ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of IT systems while supporting business continuity and the organization's evolving technology needs.

The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership and stakeholder management skills to ensure reliable IT services and continuous improvement across the business.

Key Responsibilities :

1. IT Infrastructure Management

• Oversee and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, end-user computing, and related IT systems.
• Ensure the availability, reliability, performance, and scalability of infrastructure services.
• Manage infrastructure maintenance, upgrades, capacity planning, and technology lifecycle activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure effective infrastructure support and service delivery.

2. IT Operations and Service Management

• Oversee daily IT operations, service desk activities, incident management, problem management, and change management.
• Ensure timely resolution of IT incidents and service requests in accordance with established service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Develop and maintain IT operational procedures, documentation, and service standards.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service quality.

3. IT Security and Business Continuity

• Ensure infrastructure and operational practices comply with company IT policies, security standards, and relevant requirements.
• Coordinate vulnerability management, patch management, access controls, and infrastructure security activities.
• Oversee backup and recovery processes, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity readiness.
• Work with relevant stakeholders to identify and mitigate IT operational risks.

4. Team and Vendor Management

• Lead, coach, and develop IT infrastructure and operations team members.
• Manage external IT service providers, vendors, and technology partners.
• Monitor vendor performance, service quality, and operational costs.
• Establish performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

5. Business Partnership and Project Delivery

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and deliver appropriate IT solutions.
• Lead or support IT infrastructure projects, system upgrades, technology implementations, and process improvements.
• Contribute to IT budgeting, resource planning, and infrastructure roadmap development.
• Identify opportunities to improve business productivity through technology and automation.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5–8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, IT operations, systems administration, or related functions, with relevant leadership or supervisory experience.
• Solid knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, virtualization, and end-user computing.
• Experience managing IT operations, incident management, problem management, and service-level agreements.
• Understanding of IT security, backup and recovery, disaster recovery, and business continuity practices.
• Experience managing IT vendors, service providers, and infrastructure-related projects.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Good command of English for communication and coordination with relevant stakeholders
