Joining a growing, high-impact platform team, you’ll take ownership of the infrastructure powering a product used by hundreds of thousands. The environment is already live and stable, but scaling fast. New markets are launching, workloads are increasing, and the engineering team needs a platform that enables speed without compromising reliability.
You’ll work across a modern cloud ecosystem, shaping Kubernetes-based environments running on AWS, supported by infrastructure-as-code and evolving toward a more mature, automated, and observable platform. From improving deployment pipelines and strengthening system visibility, to standardizing how new regions go live, your work will directly influence how quickly the business can expand.
This isn’t about maintaining what exists. It’s about building what’s missing and closing gaps in automation, improving resilience, and creating a developer experience that scales with the company.
You’ll also play a key role in guiding engineering teams, helping them navigate infrastructure decisions, improving self-service capabilities, and raising the overall bar for reliability and security.
You’ll likely bring experience designing and operating cloud-native platforms, with strong exposure to AWS environments, container orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
You’re comfortable debugging deep technical issues, but equally motivated by improving systems so those issues happen less often. Whether you lean toward senior individual contributor or informal leadership, you take ownership naturally.
