Role Description:

As a Lifting Engineer deployed to key project delivery sites across Thailand, you will be the technical backbone behind our world-class wind power infrastructure. Operating strictly on-site, you will take full ownership of planning, analyzing, and supervising critical lifting operations for our advanced wind turbine components, ensuring every heavy lift is executed with absolute precision and safety.

Qualifications:

• Education & Professional License: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering. Must hold a valid Thai Professional Engineering License (Council of Engineers / ใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรมควบคุม) with native/professional fluency in spoken and written Thai to effectively liaise with local authorities, project owners, and site personnel.
• Specialized Lifting Experience: Solid foundation in heavy lifting, rigging, and crane operations. Direct experience in heavy lifting and erection of precast concrete or hybrid towers specifically for wind turbine generators (WTG) is strongly preferred (candidates with heavy precast infrastructure/dam lifting experience will also be evaluated).
• Language & Cross-Cultural Adaptability: Professional English proficiency is required. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) is highly advantageous for seamless team collaboration. Strong cross-cultural competence and high adaptability in an international working environment are essential.
• Site Mobility & Rugged Conditions: High willingness and physical readiness to relocate to remote project sites across Thailand (provinces in the North, Northeast, South, etc.) under rugged field conditions and changing site locations.
• Stakeholder Diplomacy: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills—capable of balancing competing interests among Project Owners, Employers, and Subcontractors while protecting project priorities.
• Safety Mindset & Professional Ethics: Uncompromised commitment to zero-harm site safety, acute risk awareness for high-value heavy lifting operations, and absolute discretion regarding trade secrets and confidential project data.
• Certifications: Professional certified training in Lifting Engineering, Rigging Safety, or Crane Operation Supervision is a plus.
