Role Description The Mandarin Interpreter role is a full-time remote position focused on providing accurate and professional interpretation services between Mandarin and English in a virtual call center environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include facilitating real-time conversations for clients in sectors such as medical, legal, customer support, and business services, while maintaining confidentiality and adherence to industry standards. Qualifications

• Strong Mandarin and English language proficiency, including excellent listening, speaking, and comprehension skills.
• Experience with consecutive or simultaneous interpretation, preferably in remote or call center settings.
• Familiarity with terminology and communication protocols in medical, legal, and business contexts.
• Ability to use digital communication platforms, call center software, and basic office productivity tools effectively.
