Process Engineer (PCBA)

Position: Process Engineer

Responsibility

• To setup PCBA process, routing, tooling, fixture, WI for SMT process.
• To improve FPY and provide continuous improvement and communicate with customer to address engineering related issues.

  Develop

  Process flow, FMEA, Control Plan for NPI project

• Design new manufacturing process requirements and associate guidelines
• Develop NPI process design according to required techniques and manufacturing processes
• Ensure compliance to all ECO procedures and work instructions
• Analyze and recommend corrective action in case of any NPI failure
• Analyze and recommend improvements to all production process and methods to facilitate cost reduction and quality improvement
• Monitor status of all new products and ensure effective execution of projects according to required policies and procedures

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Telecommunication, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• At least 1-5 year experience in EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Service) or related fields.
• Good command of English
• Leadership, Problem-solving, Independent and target driven.
