Program Coordinator

What you'll be doing:

● Coordinating end-to-end program activities across multiple stakeholder teams, tracking milestones,

deliverables, and dependencies to keep programs on schedule.

● Maintaining program plans, status reports, and meeting cadences — ensuring the right people have the right information at the right time.

● Partnering with project owners, Factory Planning, Operations, NPI, Process leads, and business teams to identify risks, escalate blockers, and drive resolution.

● Preparing executive-ready communications, program dashboards, and reporting materials that synthesize complex progress into clear narratives.

● Facilitating cross-functional meetings, capturing action items, and following through to ensure accountability and closure.

● Continuously improving program processes and tooling to enhance operational efficiency across the team.

What we need to see:

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

● 3 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or operations support.

● Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

● Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.

● Clear and confident communicator — able to synthesize information and present updates to varied audiences, including senior leadership.

● Proficiency with project management tools (e.g.Jira, Smartsheet) and productivity suites/AI (e.g.,

Microsoft 365,Claude).

● Collaborative mindset with a proven ability to build relationships and influence without direct authority.

● Proficient in Thai and English with strong communication skills

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

● Experience coordinating programs within a technology company, semiconductor industry, or similarly fast-moving environment.

● Familiarity with Agile or other iterative program management methodologies.

● Experience building or improving operational processes, templates, or playbooks from scratch.

● Exposure to cross-functional programs involving engineering, product management, and supply chain or operations teams.

● PMP, CAPM, or similar project/program management certification.
