Project Implementation Manager

## Responsibilities

• Apply the project management methodology (DePICT) to ensure effective project execution and high‑quality documentation.
• Oversee overall project planning, control, progress monitoring, and successful delivery.
• Gather stakeholder feedback at key milestones to confirm alignment with customer expectations.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks to safeguard timelines and deliverables.
• Address risks, issues, and scope changes through a structured change control process.
• Manage project resources and control revenue and capital expenditure in line with approved budgets.
• Establish quality review mechanisms and reporting structures to ensure project governance and team performance.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing guidance or escalation as needed.
• Maintain and strengthen customer relationships to support long‑term satisfaction and partnership.

## Requirements

• At least 7 years' working experience with a proven successful record of medium or complex logistics project implementation is preferrable for this role.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with project teams to deliver outcomes within agreed budgets and timelines.
• Strong capability in identifying project risks and developing appropriate mitigation plans.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and perform under pressure.
• Good communication both in Thai and English required.
• Able to work and travel in upcountry sometime apart from working at G Tower Grand Rama 9 is mandatory
