We are partnering with a leading multinational FMCG manufacturer to identify a high-caliber Reliability Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and reliability operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong expertise in preventive & predictive maintenance, reliability engineering, shutdown planning, and maintenance team leadership within high-speed manufacturing plants.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead plant maintenance and reliability activities to maximize equipment uptime and operational efficiency
- Drive preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to improve MTBF and reduce breakdowns
- Manage maintenance planning, shutdown/turnaround activities, and spare parts optimization
- Analyze root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to maintenance cost reduction and equipment reliability
- Manage maintenance budget, KPIs, and engineering performance
- Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and operations teams
- Lead and develop maintenance teams across multiple production lines
Requirements
- Bachelorâs Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 yearsâ experience in managerial level within maintenance/reliability function
- Strong background from FMCG, food, beverage, packaging, or high-speed manufacturing industries
- Experience in reliability engineering, TPM, predictive maintenance, MTBF/MTTR improvement
- Strong knowledge of maintenance systems such as SAP PM, CMMS, RCA
- Familiar with automated manufacturing equipment such as conveyors, ovens, burners, pumps, utilities, and processing lines
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Good command of English
