About The Role

What if your daily routine — cooking breakfast, tidying your space, navigating your home — could help teach the next generation of robots how to understand and interact with the physical world?

We're looking for Robot Operators to capture real-world video footage of everyday human tasks. This footage becomes training data that teaches AI-powered robots how people move, work, and live. No technical background required — just a phone or camera, a space to record in, and the ability to follow clear instructions.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to virtually anyone.

• Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

• Record yourself performing common everyday tasks — cooking, cleaning, organizing, navigating spaces
• Follow clear, step-by-step guides on what to capture and how to frame your footage
• Ensure recordings are well-lit, clear, and accurately capture each task sequence
• Submit completed footage and fill in brief task descriptions
• Participate in recurring recording sessions as new data needs arise

Who You Are

• Access to a smartphone or basic video camera
• A home or workspace where you can comfortably record
• Comfortable being on camera while performing routine tasks
• Able to follow simple recording guidelines consistently
• Reliable, self-motivated, and attentive to detail
• No technical, robotics, or AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience in video production, content creation, or vlogging
• Comfortable recording a variety of environments and task types
• Familiarity with basic video quality — framing, lighting, stability
