ByteBridge is looking for a Security Systems & Infrastructure Engineer to support day-to-day systems and physical security infrastructure operations at our client’s data center in Chonburi.
This is a hands-on operational role covering Windows Server, CCTV/VMS, access control, key management systems, infrastructure troubleshooting, and incident support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Windows Server environments, including troubleshooting, patching, service management, and routine operational maintenance.
- Monitor and support physical security systems including CCTV/VMS, access control, and key management platforms.
- Troubleshoot application, server, network connectivity, service, log, and system performance issues.
- Respond to incidents and work with internal teams, vendors, and other technical teams to restore services.
- Perform routine system health checks, preventive maintenance, and operational support.
- Support system upgrades, configuration changes, patching, and planned maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, incident records, system configurations, and operational procedures.
- Follow established change management, incident management, and data center operational processes.
- Escalate complex issues and coordinate with relevant teams through resolution.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in Systems Administration, Security Systems Administration, Infrastructure Operations, or a similar technical role.
- Experience in a data center, critical environment, or managed services environment is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows Server administration.
- Hands-on experience supporting enterprise physical security systems such as CCTV/VMS, access control, or key management systems.
- Experience with Genetec, Avigilon, Lenel, and/or Traka is an advantage.
- Good troubleshooting skills across applications, operating systems, services, logs, connectivity, and infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals including IP addressing, VLANs, DNS, routing, and firewall dependencies.
- Familiar with incident response, change control, documentation, and service restoration processes.
- Able to work independently in an on-site operational environment and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Good communication skills in English.
