Job Description
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing and building features end-to-end across the frontend, backend, and data layers — while also helping shape and lead a growing engineering team. You'll deliver high-quality software to enterprise customers and grow into a Team Lead role over time. Here's what your role looks like:
Product Development & Architecture
- Design and build features end-to-end, translating Product Requirements into working software that ships to enterprise customers
- Partner with Product Owners, AI/ML Engineers, and Solution Architects to refine requirements and propose better technical approaches before implementation Backend Development
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs with clear contracts, proper authentication, and attention to performance and security
- Design and evolve database schemas, including indexing, migration planning, and writing efficient queries for both transactional and analytical use cases Frontend Development
- Build responsive, accessible web interfaces that handle real enterprise data volumes and workflows AI/ML & Third-Party Integration
- Integrate with internal AI/ML services and third-party APIs — including LLM APIs, RAG pipelines, and document intelligence — in a reliable and observable way Quality, Deployment & Operations
- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, participate in code reviews, and contribute to engineering standards and shared libraries
- Deploy and monitor your code through CI/CD pipelines, respond to production incidents, and continuously improve system reliability
- Document technical designs, API contracts, and operational runbooks to support team scalability and knowledge sharing Team Building & Leadership
- Help structure and grow the engineering team — contributing to hiring, onboarding, and shaping team practices as we scale
- Mentor and coach team members through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Establish and champion engineering best practices, coding standards, and development workflows across the team
- Grow into a Team Lead role, taking ownership of technical direction, sprint planning, and team performance
- Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer in a technology or software company
- Strong proficiency in Next.js, React, and TailwindCSS for building responsive, production-grade web applications
- Strong proficiency in Node.js backend development using Express.js and/or NestJS
- Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server), including schema design and writing non-trivial queries
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) as a core part of your daily engineering workflow
- Working experience with Git, code review practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM) and containerized applications
- Demonstrated leadership qualities — whether through mentoring, leading projects, or driving technical initiatives — with the ambition to grow into a Team Lead role Nice to Have
- Experience integrating with AI/ML services or LLM APIs
- Familiarity with container orchestration (ECS/Fargate or EKS)
- Prior experience leading or mentoring a small engineering team
