Description
- Develop software in financial, leveraging advanced technology: AI and Data Analytics to solve operation challenges
- Design and build robust APIs, managing the backend stacks and strategically integrating LLM capabilities into company's product features with RESTful APIs using Django
- Implement LLM APIs to create features powered by advanced prompting, function calling, and RAG architectures
- Write clean, maintainable code and applying AI technology to drive faster, high-quality delivery
- Design resilient backend architectures and robust data models to support system growth
- Design database schemas, normalized database models built for high performance and future flexibility
- Work closely with frontend, UXUI, product team to deliver features till launch (end-to-end)
- Perform code review, technical architecture design, and agile sprint planning
- Provide advice and guidance to junior as required
- Manage DevOps operations; infrastructure management, and deployment pipelines across projects
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, related
- 5+ years of work experiences in software development with Python Django and Django REST framework (or similar REST tooling)
- Experienced in utilizing modern AI coding tools (e.g.,Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot)
- Experienced with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deploying and managing applications in production (e.g.,major cloud ecosystems like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Heroku)
- Good English speaking is a must. Internal communicates via English.
