Software Engineer (Refined)”

Job Description:

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications, including internal tools, customer-facing systems, APIs, and data processing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals, contribute to technical decisions, and provide valuable suggestions to support effective software delivery
• Demonstrate initiative by effectively implementing ideas that deliver tangible business value, while consistently seeking opportunities to enhance code quality, tools, and processes to improve overall outcomes
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve technical skills and promote innovation within the development team
• Depending on experience, you may take ownership of key features, mentor others, or lead technical initiatives that contribute to team success
• Utilize technologies such as Go, TypeScript (React), Python, PostgreSQL, and Google Cloud Platform

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong experience in software development
• Experience as a Frontend, Backend, or Full Stack engineer
• Big plus if you have Mobile App experience especially Flutter
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and work collaboratively
