Role Overview

We are seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in Bangkok. This role requires a strong technical foundation, proven leadership skills, and the ability to drive software projects from concept to delivery. You will mentor engineers, oversee development processes, and ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers, fostering growth and collaboration.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of software solutions.
• Define technical strategy and align it with business objectives.
• Implement best practices in coding, testing, and agile project management.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, Python, .NET, React, Node.js).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proven track record of managing agile development teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
