🚀 WE’RE HIRING | Solution Delivery Manager – VOCA

We’re growing our team at VOCA and looking for a Solution Delivery Manager (Brand & Marketing Communications) to join us!

If you enjoy turning ideas into execution, working directly with clients, and bringing together creative, content, strategy, and production teams — this could be for you.

🌏 What you’ll be doing:

• Manage brand & marketing communication projects from brief to launch
• Coordinate clients, designers, copywriters, content creators, and production partners
• Manage timelines, budgets, scope, resources, and quality
• Improve our creative and delivery workflows
• Work with AI-assisted tools and explore better ways of delivering projects
• Support projects for global brands across gaming, tech, F&B, industrial, and other sectors

🔎 We’re looking for someone with:

• 5 years of project/delivery management experience in a creative, branding, digital, or integrated marketing agency
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Experience managing campaigns or content production end-to-end
• Thai fluency and strong English communication
• Good understanding of budgets, timelines, scope, and stakeholder management

Experience with AI-assisted workflows, localization, multilingual content, or creative project management tools is a plus.

💼 Full-time

💰 THB 35,000–45,000/month
