We are looking for a Technical Lead to join a leading global firm building AI project initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-standard environment, blending deep technical execution with strategic team guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end SDLC, including research, design, and high-quality coding, while maintaining global standards for security, scalability, and performance
- Act as a player-coach, performing deep-dive code reviews and troubleshooting complex system issues alongside the team
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team (internal & vendors), driving best practices in modern engineering and systematic delivery
- Champion Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevSecOps practices (CI/CD) to ensure incremental and reliable software delivery
- Translate high-level architectural designs into detailed, actionable software solutions that align with global business goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or relevant fields
- Over 5-7 years of total experience in software development in an enterprise-scale environment
- Strong hands-on experience in using Java and JavaScript (ReactJS and NodeJS)
- Experience in team management and/or vendor management
- Familiar with GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and AWS
- Exposure to AI application development is a big plus
- Good command of English
