Technical Project Manager

Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Technical Project Manager role based in Bangkok.

The Technical Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of omni-channel commerce projects, coordinating requirements, timelines, and resources across internal technical teams and client stakeholders.

Responsibilities include translating business needs into technical specifications, defining project scope, building and maintaining detailed project plans, and ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget. The role includes facilitating daily stand-ups and status meetings, tracking risks and dependencies, proactively resolving issues that may impact delivery, and being the client's point of contact.

The Technical Project

Manager will collaborate closely with developers, solution architects, and operations teams, provide clear reporting to leadership and clients, and support continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong Project Management and Program Management skills to lead complex, multi-stakeholder technology initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Proven Team Leadership and collaboration capabilities to guide cross-functional teams, build alignment, and foster a supportive working environment.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, prioritise trade-offs, manage risks, and support decision-making in fast-paced project environments.
• Excellent Communication skills in Thai and English, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage client expectations.
• Experience managing software or commerce platform projects (e.g., Shopify Plus, Magento, OMS/WMS/POS) is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies and common collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar).
• Ability to work on-site in Bangkok and coordinate with regional stakeholders.
