Technical Support Engineer (Software Testing)

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure end-to-end quality assurance for IPTV/OTT software products, including set-top box applications and backend services.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases.
• Perform functional, API, performance, compatibility, frontend, and backend testing.
• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.
• Design and execute API testing using mainstream testing tools.
• Use Android Debug Bridge (ADB) for device connection, log collection, file operations, and performance monitoring.
• Analyze system logs and network traffic to diagnose technical issues.
• Collaborate closely with customers, developers, and product teams to communicate testing progress, quality status, and project risks.
• Gather customer feedback and business requirements, follow up on issues, and improve customer satisfaction.

RequirementsBasic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Open to all nationalities

Language Skills

• Fluent in either:
• Thai & English, or
• Thai & Chinese
• Candidates with Chinese–Thai bilingual ability are preferred.

Technical Skills

• Experience in software testing with the ability to independently design and execute test cases.
• Strong understanding of frontend (Web/App UI) and backend testing.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, JMeter, or SoapUI.
• Proficiency with Android Debug Bridge (ADB).
• Experience using Android Logcat, Wireshark, or similar tools for log analysis and network packet capture.
• Performance testing experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA.
