Ensure end-to-end quality assurance for IPTV/OTT software products, including set-top box applications and backend services.
Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases.
Perform functional, API, performance, compatibility, frontend, and backend testing.
Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.
Design and execute API testing using mainstream testing tools.
Use Android Debug Bridge (ADB) for device connection, log collection, file operations, and performance monitoring.
Analyze system logs and network traffic to diagnose technical issues.
Collaborate closely with customers, developers, and product teams to communicate testing progress, quality status, and project risks.
Gather customer feedback and business requirements, follow up on issues, and improve customer satisfaction.

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Language Skills

Technical Skills

Experience in software testing with the ability to independently design and execute test cases.
Strong understanding of frontend (Web/App UI) and backend testing.
Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, JMeter, or SoapUI.
Proficiency with Android Debug Bridge (ADB).
Experience using Android Logcat, Wireshark, or similar tools for log analysis and network packet capture.
Performance testing experience is an advantage.
Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA.
