Main Goal

• Lead and coordinate the product testing programs in Thailand, Monitoring and supervising all ongoing trials under research protocol. Undertake planning and Setting objectives for Team and provide direction to all product testing team

Job Description

• Organize trials as per standard protocol, data record, data upload, analysis and preparation of reports, time bound observation recovery and sharing of trial data using Limagrain proprietary software
• Provide clear, accurate and balanced feedback to R &
  • D and marketing team for ongoing projects and trial development.

• Organizing crop review meeting half yearly: Planning, communication, follow up and outcome responsibility
• Organizing crop tour with support from PD team to showcase the best elite hybrids from precommercial and demo’s trials in Thailand: Planning, communication, follow up and outcome responsibility
• Coordinating with breeder, PD team & marketing team for scientific community outreach : Planning, communication, follow up, participation
• Regular evaluation and updating of SOP for trial formulation and data capturing for

• Experience: 8-10 Year experience in testing &
