Establish and maintain development project archives, and oversee asset management.
Monitor the current state and development trends of the national commercial real estate market, and provide forward-looking assessments.
Acquire and analyze relevant supporting knowledge to facilitate market development efforts.
Continuously refine the development system and regularly update business models to match the company's evolving needs.
Forge strategic alliances with key commercial partners.

Minimum 3 years of experience in site selection and development for retail or F&B.
Extensive connections with shopping mall operators and outstanding business negotiation skills.
Proven experience in development management for franchise chain brands or direct-operated restaurant chains, covering network planning, strategic alliances, and the establishment and refinement of national development systems.
Background in McKinsey-style systems combined with social dining experience; candidates with prior experience at McDonald's, Yum! Brands, or Dicos are strongly preferred.
Strong conflict resolution skills (internal, external, and market-facing); demonstrated business acumen and the ability to build and optimize development frameworks.
Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented, with a robust work ethic and dedication.
