• Analyze machine problems and jointly determine machine maintenance plans with the maintenance team
• QC weekly meeting to report the solution of issue
• Monitoring machine efficiency by OEE
• Monitoring labor efficiency
• Design layout of production line by spaghetti to the good flow process and utilization area concept and visual management concept
• Coordinate with IT Team in the case of design pattern of production data and program
• Coordinate with Maintenance team in the case of re-layout project and analysis machine problem
• Leader of meeting in all project improvement and process layout • Summary and report result to manager

• Analyze defect problem in production process by Sig sixma concept
• Prepare working instruction & SOP in the each process
• Prepare Control plan and PFMEA with APQP team
• Prepare process capability of machine(Cp, Cpk)
• Prepare Line balancing in production process
• Coordinate with QA&QC dept. in the case of defective raw material and NCR
• Coordinate with Design dept. in the case of part drawing
• Coordinate with Maintenance dept. in the case of maintenance jobs and PM
• Create Tier1 board in production line for visual control
• Control production process by visual control such as identify WIP by Traveling Tag
