Monitor and oversee the operation of Data Center infrastructure systems through BMS/DCIM platforms, and monitor system alarms to ensure continuous and reliable operations. • Respond to system failures and emergency situations by performing initial troubleshooting and root cause analysis, coordinating with relevant teams, and executing Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs) to ensure the continuity of Data Center services.
