Supply chain (Intern) at UHM Co., LTD. (2024-04 – 2024-06)

• Conducted a project to forecast the total value of products to evaluate and improve the accuracy and suitability of existing forecasting models.
• Managed daily inventory reports by tracking factory shipments and monitoring stock status, including In-stock, Under Procurement, Backordered, and In-transit.
• Studied and evaluated RFID system providers to implement automated inventory tracking, aiming to enhance counting accuracy, reduce labor costs, and enable real-time location monitoring.

Project - Demand Forecasting for Developing a Purchasing Plan (2024-07 – 2025-04)

• Tested and implemented optimal forecasting techniques to enhance accuracy and reduce the high variance found in the case study company's existing methods.
• Applied forecasting results to develop an optimal procurement plan using MS Excel, resulting in a 73.63% reduction in total costs compared to the company's traditional purchasing methods.
