I have work in semiconductor industry for backend planning for 10 years and have at least 5 years in subcon forecasting and material planning for substrates use for FPGA devices. I am fluent in English, Chinese, Thai and also Chinese Dialect like Cantonese, Taiwanese and Teochew. I am also outgoing and enjoy engaging with people.

• In charge of subcon forecasting to secure production capacity and material preparation. Constantly communicate with various relevant internal corporate planning, BU internal assembly team to balance forecasting between external subcons and internal manufacturing capacity. Constantly work with relevant planners and BU and subcons in events of demand upside. 
• The most recent COVID-19 resulted in huge upsides for demand, and we constantly coordinate with internal team to forecast devices offloading between subcon and internal in-house plant. During Covid-19, global semiconductor manufacturing condition supply chain becomes more challenging resulting material supply lead time to lengthen. Therefore, subcon forecast period lengthen and need to work more closely with subcon and in house plant to fully utilize capacity to meet customer demands. 
• Overlook monthly forecast vs actual production loading analysis for forecast achievement rate.
• Assist in Forecast loading Analysis during quarterly business review which will rate subcon performance with internal team
• Weekly meeting with planners in US/ Canada and material vendors in Asia to discuss about capacity allocation and material supply status
• Participate in 2 integration programs for company’s new company acquisition, help to coordinate forecast and production data to be integrated into Microchip factory MRP.
• Work with programmer in US to customize MRP for ordering of consigned materials and constantly improvement to the consign material MRP to minimize gap between forecast and actual consumption, updates of material to align with BOM.

I graduated from Ngee Ann Polytechnic in electrical engineering and recently attended Basic python programming fundamental course.
