- I established this organization with the rationale that Indonesians tended to donate to people in far away places, however the number of low income people in nearby places was pervasive. Hence I aimed to donate and help people nearby, Sedekah means charity and sekitar means nearby, in nutshell it aimed to help low-income people nearby.
- Led and supervised the conduct of all initiatives and program implementation of the organization, through democratic process, in at least 20 villages in Yogyakarta.
- Designed fund-raising programs, developed fundraising strategies and initiatives, organizing events, and seeking out donations from individuals for instance weekly collection and sales of second hand goods.
- Designed outreach programs to raise awareness of social issues and promotion through outreach and advocacy efforts for instance hosting seminars and Instagram & Facebook outreach.
- Designed programs to strengthen members consolidation, working with several head divisions, managed to gather 100 members, mostly young students.
- Survey and conducted pre-assessment of the targeted population for donation in the form of clothes, money or basic staples.
