• Administer and resolve issues related to the Elastix IP phone system to ensure seamless communication.
• Oversee and maintain Synology systems for efficient file storage and sharing, including data recovery when needed.
• Manage IT asset inventory and handle procurement of IT hardware, software, and related equipment in accordance with organizational needs.
• Develop detailed user manuals and operational documents for programs and systems under maintenance.
