Sustainable development is something I have passion for and need to gain more experience. I'm adaptable person and have knowledge background about doing ESG assesment such as, S&P Global (DJSI), CDP, THSI and Ecovadis. I'm confident that my skills and experience would be advantage for this position.

Sustainable Development Officer at Delta Electronics (Thailand) PCL.

• Collect. systemize and analyze raw data for Sustainable Development Report and related publication.
• Communicate with related functions to get information for related compliances.
• Facilitate meeting, events and interview with related regulators to improve the company's Sustainable Development works.
• Support Corporate Communication / CSR activities when assigned.
• Respond to investors’ ESG and sustainability-related questionnaires and inquiries as well as ESG assessment questionnaires, indices and frameworks; such as, DJSI, S&P, THSI, CDP, etc.
• Conducts a primary review, compiles the regional (SEA+) annual ICP projects and submits the annual ICP budget plan report to Corp ESG

• Manage of incoming phone calls and email to open sales order.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions .
• Manage and coordinate export orders and keep responding to all emails with customers from abroad.
• Booking for enough space to export goods in time as required.
• Coordinate with all related departments to prepare plans for production orders and the date of export.
• Coordinate with logistics company on customs compliance and review amendments to shipping documents, BL form D, insurance and Export Entry. 

• Receive and process sale orders online, or via phone and email.
• Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
• Compiling monthly sales reports.
• Identifying new products to add to those on offer.
