I have over 18 years experience as a tutor and trainer in Business, English and Speaking. My sessions are characterized by discussions, discovery, and energy. I like to lead classes where the students are active participants in the process, rather than rote learners. I encourage questions and foster an environment that is comfortable for students to practice what they learn and not fear failure. It is my opinion that critical thinking skills and application of information in real-world contexts are far more useful to learners than textbook dissemination of information. I design all my courses around the student's needs to make it as relevant to them personally as possible while aligning this with learning goals.
