Hello, my name is Kari Sams. I am seeking a position as an Art teacher preferably, or English teacher. I currently live in Rawai, Phuket and just moved from Myanmar. I worked at the International School of Myanmar in Yangon for 5 years as the International Art Teacher for Elementary KG-5 th Grade.
I wrote the Art curriculum for the Elementary Art program at our school, I collaborated with others teachers to use interdisciplinary connections while also following the National Core Art Standards. Before that, I taught English online at Englishtown Bali, Indonesia. I also lived in China and worked at English First (EF) as an International English teacher for adults.
I taught all levels of English (Beginner-Advanced) in various class sizes (personal lesson with 4 students to large classes of 25). I am looking for a position in my area or in Phuket. Please reach out if you think I will be a good fit at your company.
