Responsibilities

• Manage the document registration, receipt and transmittal of documents, and follow up of comments on documents.
• Ensure project documentation specifications and requirements to be incorporated in the project contracts.
• Develop and manage the Project Documentation, including the procedures, statistics and appropriate archiving such that all relevant documentation produced during the project life can be readily and efficiently recorded, distributed, tracked and retrieved at all time.
• Ensure that all project final documentation is received and handed over in a format and in the time required to the Operations entity.
• Manage technical and correspondence documents during Operations phase.
• Update electronic database with newly issued documents and maintain up to date document register
• Maintain document distribution registration and issue updated drawings to production sites.
