I brief customers on the process and maintain communication throughout their journey to ensure they feel confident and supported. I also handle selected after-sales activities, including batteries, EV chargers, and additional solar panels. I create work environment plans for every project in accordance with Swedish legislation and have served as a health and safety representative at Sesol for two years.
