I am a self-motivated and progress-driven professional with an extensive background in customer service. My previous role as Customer service representative gave me the opportunity to experience responsibilities very similar to this position. It also emphasized the importance of meeting deadlines, independently solving problems and prioritizing tasks, and I used the time to further develop my critical skills in Customer service, Problem solving & Teamwork.
