I'm experienced Customer Service Manager with 12 years of experience. I also had experience in personal assistant to executives level. I have done customer support and customer service team management. I have designed and done Train-the-Trainer programs in the past. I oversaw performance analysis for customer service representatives, calibrations, and personal improvement plan for individual growth.
