My responsibilities include conducting legal research, performing company due diligence, preparing and reviewing client contracts, and coordinating with government authorities and regulatory agencies.

I have extensive experience dealing with the Department of Business Development, Revenue Department, Social Security Office, National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission, and Bank of Thailand.
