Nannaphat Authaiphaen

An Asian Studies (Japanese) graduate from Silpakorn University (Second Class Honors) with a passionate interest in creative industries and event operations. Through hands-on internship and freelance coordination experiences, I have been privileged to support diverse events ranging from boutique creative shows to large-scale venue operations with over 1,200 attendees. While I am grateful to have been trusted with leadership and coordination responsibilities early in my journey, I recognize that I am just beginning my professional career.

I am highly motivated to listen, learn, and adapt my strong work ethic, cultural insights, and collaborative attitude to support any dynamic creative, event, or operational team.

Event Coordinator (Intern) at Melt Livehouse (2026-03 – 2026-06)

• Handled opening and closing the venue, registered attendees, and managed operations for 39 livehouse shows.
• Served as Head Coordinator for a live show featuring ASIA7, nineokmai, Miller, and Pull To Open (approximately 300 attendees) after three weeks of internship experience.
• Later served as Head Coordinator for a sold-out concert featuring DEPT, Television OFF, and YEW (approximately 620 attendees) within the first month of the internship.
• Assisted with artist bookings and coordination for artists including Srirajah Rockers, KIKI, Younggu, Diamond MQT and other artists.
• Communicated in English with the 'Waiting Room' application team.
• Created event ticketing pages on Ticketmelon.
• Supported 39 live music events ranging from small livehouse shows to concerts with 400–600 attendees, including performances by Hugo, Freehand, Polycat, and YENTED.
• Also worked on a hall concert featuring Moving and Cut and Safeplanet with approximately 1,200 attendees.

Band Coordinator (Freelance) at Jacey's (Indie band) (2026-06 – Present)

• Communicated with event organizers and clients for band bookings.
• Took care of the band and controlled soundcheck and show times (such as their live show at Blueprint Livehouse on June 4, 2026).
• Managed basic band documents, schedule plans, and pricing paperwork.
