- Conduct surveys to assess the training needs within the organization.
- Develop training plans, including Training Roadmaps and - Training Needs Surveys.
Prepare budgets for training programs as per approved training plans.
- Implement training according to the established training plans.
- Summarize training outcomes and participate in or facilitate training evaluations.
- Contribute to organizational development activities, such as system implementation, HRO (Human Resources Outsourcing), JD (Job Descriptions), Career Path, and Succession Plan.
- Develop personnel and organizational aspects to align with the business needs of assigned companies.
