My professional background combines Architecture, project management, construction operations, budget and cost control, and management reporting. Through my experience managing and reviewing complex projects, I have developed a strong interest in business performance analysis and using operational and financial information to support better management decisions.

In my recent roles in project management and operations control, I have been responsible for monitoring project budgets, costs, schedules, risks, and performance across multiple stakeholders. My work has involved reviewing BOQs and quotations, identifying cost exposure and operational issues, tracking project progress against planned objectives, and consolidating complex information into structured reports and actionable recommendations for management.

QA/QC, Defects & Handover – Supporting quality inspections, punch lists, defect rectification, and project handover to ensure completed works meet project requirements.

Stakeholder Coordination – Working with clients, designers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve site issues and maintain clear communication throughout project delivery.
