Prototype Development - Space Situational Awareness (SSA) System Tracking at KMUTT (King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi) (2025-06 – 2025-11)

• Designed and developed a centralized single-board PCB featuring integrated AC/DC power management.

Implemented Galvanic

Isolation using opto-couplers to safely interface an ESP32 with high-voltage AC motors for dome automation, ensuring system stability and zero electromagnetic interference (EMI) between power and logic stages.

• Engineered a synchronized control system using Raspberry Pi 5 as a central gateway to concurrently manage an ESP32 and an STM32. Utilized RS-485 industrial protocol for robust, high-speed data transmission to the STM32, enabling high-precision motor control for real-time space object tracking.
• Integrated a suite of external peripherals, including a Weather Station, DIY All-Sky Camera, and GNSS module, via UART and I2C for autonomous environment assessment and precise positioning.

Internship at KMUTT (King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi) (2025-06 – 2025-11)

• Assisted in production process, including stencil with temperature-specific solder paste for double-sided PCB assembly. Supported the operation of Pick & Place machines for passive components and manually placed specialized ICs. Managed the Reflow Oven process and conducted rigorous quality inspections using Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) and X-ray systems to verify solder integrity and prevent electrical shorts.
• Performed experimental testing on Infrared (IR) sensors for motion detection. Conducted frequency modulation tests and randomized frequency sweeps to analyze and optimize detection range and sensitivity, identifying the most effective frequency patterns for long-distance performance.
• Managed battery pack assembly using Spot Welding techniques to increase capacity, followed by comprehensive Load Testing to ensure stability. Additionally, installed and configured Automatic Sliding Door systems, ensuring seamless integration between mechanical hardware and control software.
• Executed on-site electrical wiring and LAN cabling for equipment installation. Contributed to AI development projects by labeling IR video datasets, providing high-quality annotated data for machine learning models specialized in motion and object detection.
