With over ten years of experience in FMCG where I am passionate about in Consumer and Sensory Insight (CSI). I've been working on a multidisciplinary project to build the foundation for consumer research by using sensory and emotional cues to drive product insight through both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, with the goal of ensuring that the contribution concept and product were properly designed and that the end-customer expectation was met.
