Project: Autin Huawei and True. Autin (Automatuion and intellegent) is web application to Recievecd raw alarm from customer EMS for process data which have different package (SNMP, Corba, SAM,etc.) to show on website
- Support Monitor and troubleshooting Autin 24x7.
- Resolve problem and implement solution to customer'site.
- Config rules for support auto ticket rules send to NOC customer team.
- Take responsibility for OSS delivery and maintenance (Such as: Centralized Fault Management system, Performance Management system, Configuration Management system).
- Implementation support customer to deploy software and system on production by upgrade software and core rules.
- Support to Config and test software such as core rules, auto ticket system, and autin new feature such as ADX Diagnosis, Topology RCA and Proactive power.
- Create and fix script core rules coding for support get raw data to show on AUTIN Active page.
- Make a UAT report to test case and report customer about result.
- Training about new AUTIN feature with customer.
Software Engineer at Cybergenic.Co.LTD (2024-04 – 2024-09)
Project: IDM Project
- Make a report, store the parameter and check the status at Krungthai Site, and Manual report for do config modernization project.
- Support KBTG CA Identity Manager system such as create new rules, config rules, create user information, etc. follow customer requirement.
- Test case follow customer requirement for check CA Identity manager is work normal.
- Support and test manual OKTA bitkub.
- Develop and support security application platform using Oracle IAM based technologies.

- Create script for test and integration base station.
- Check signal at base station such as RSSI, VSWR, etc.
- Make Report for open RFC (CR and Ticket) to support site supervisor to have activity at base station, and daily work.
