Position: Supply Chain Management

• Controls and support team for all logistics (Import,

Export, Store)

• Knowledge about e-PP system for IEAT benefit.
• Prepare the document for import shipment and submit the document to IEAT system for import machines,

raw material etc.

• Compare freight costs for imports and exports.
• Submit the document to IEAT about import and export shipment.
• Coordinate freight forwarder, courier, shipping for import and export.
• Checking import entry and export entry for clearance shipment.
• Submit the document for process AI Form
• Booking courier (DHL and FedEx)
• Negotiate freight cost of logistics department
• Control raw material in store and prepare parts to production for process.
• Prepare invoice and packing list for export and submit the document to IEAT.
• Update all import shipments with freight cost,

clearance cost and send report to account.

• Update all export shipments and expenses for export.
• Check all invoice for freight, transport costs, shippingcosts and submit to Account department.
• Daily update Inventory stock
• Follow up material with suppliers
• Coordinate whit customers for delivery plan and support as per customer request
• Coordinate with production team about customer delivery plan
• Setup format for control all customer PO
• Daily sale report to management
• Monthly report on IEAT System
• Monthly report on i-INDUSTRY System

• Knowledge about renewing visa and work permit under IEAT Free Zone(e-PP) and BOI System (Single

Window)

• Renew 90 days for foreign employees
